I. RENTER REQUIREMENTS & DOCUMENTATION

Insurance: Renters must provide proof of liability insurance. If proof of coverage is not verified, the renter must purchase the optional secondary insurance offered.

Age: All renters and authorized drivers must be 30 years of age or older

Authorized Drivers: Only individuals explicitly listed on this agreement are permitted to operate the vehicle

USA Only: The Vehicle is not permitted to leave the United States. Crossing any international border is a strict violation of this agreement, resulting in immediate termination of the rental, loss of deposit, and potential repossession at the Renter’s expense.

II. Tolls, Tickets & Fines

Transponder Use: The vehicle is equipped with a toll transponder for your convenience. Any toll charges incurred during the rental period will be billed to the Renter’s card on file plus a small administrative processing fee.

Violations: The Renter is 100% responsible for all red-light camera violations, speeding tickets, and parking fines. Any tickets mailed to us will be charged to the Renter, including any late fees or penalties.

III. GPS & Vehicle Tracking

Monitoring: For safety and recovery, this vehicle is equipped with a GPS tracking device.

Tampering: Any attempt to disable, remove, or tamper with the GPS unit is a material breach of contract. Tampering will result in a minimum $500 fine, immediate repossession, and no refund of the rental balance.

IV. Fuel Policy

Return Level: The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at pickup.

Refueling Fee: If returned with less fuel, a refueling charge of $3.75 per gallon will be applied.

V. Cleaning & Pet Policy

Pet-Friendly: We welcome pets! However, to keep the car fresh for the next guest, a cleaning fee starting at $250 (increasing based on severity) will be charged if pet hair, odors, or dander are present upon return.

No Smoking/Vaping: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited. Detection of smoke or ash will result in an automatic $350+ decontamination fee.

DAMAGE, CLEANING & REPAIR FEES

• Keys/Fobs: A fee of up to $800 will be charged for lost, stolen, or damaged keys/fobs.
• Tires: Any evidence of "burnouts," punctures, or sidewall damage results in a fee starting at $260 per tire.
• Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited. Detection of smoke or ash results in an automatic $350+ decontamination fee.
• Repairs: No person may service or repair the vehicle without our express prior written approval.

ACCIDENT PROTOCOL (IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT OR TRAFFIC VIOLATION)

In the event of an accident, you are required to notify us as soon as possible and obtain the following information from the other driver:

• Name and addresses of each driver, passenger, and witness
• Name of Insurance Company and policy number for each vehicle involved
• Damage photos of all involved vehicles
• Police report and case number
• In the event there is no accident, but you require roadside assistance please first reach out to our office

Legal Provisions

• Repossession: We reserve the right to repossess the vehicle at your expense, without notice, if it is abandoned or used in violation of the law or this agreement.
• Indemnification: Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Lessor from all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of Renter’s use or possession of the vehicle.
• Pickup/Return: The vehicle must be returned to the exact location designated at the start of the rental.

Personal Property

The company is not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle. Renters are advised to check the vehicle thoroughly before returning it.
